Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, high-energy, and able to multi-task? Then you will be the ideal candidate for the Recruiting Coordinator Role.

What will you do:

  • Support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews with candidates, Talent Acquisition, Team Managers, and the Operations Team.
  • Interface with candidates, Operations Team, and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay engaged and consistently communicate with the candidate during the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs.
  • Source candidates by using job boards.
  • Greet and escort candidates onsite.
  • Manage calls and emails from candidates.
  • Maintain recruiting reporting tools which include but are not limited to - excel spreadsheets, applicable ATS', and other internal databases.
  • Send new hire notification emails to the necessary departments.
  • New hire processing: prepare offer letters and information packets for new hires.
  • Check candidate assessments and screenings to ensure they are cleared to start.

What will you bring:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferable HR.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
